Use of Vital Introductions is a request for an introduction through Vital Investment Management, LLC. Submitting the questionnaire does not create an advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship. This draft does not process payments.

By using Vital Introductions, including the questionnaire, calculators, advisor profiles, and waitlist forms, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Important Disclosures, the Privacy Policy, the Communications Policy, and the Cookie Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms are between you and Vital Investment Management, LLC, the SEC-registered investment adviser that operates Vital Introductions. They are last updated September 14, 2026. This draft is not a production hosting environment.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States or the District of Columbia. The service is not offered to persons outside those jurisdictions.

You represent that the information you submit is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are authorized to share household information you provide, and that you are not submitting a request on behalf of a sanctioned person.

Vital Investment Management, LLC considers whether to make an exclusive introduction through its own supervised persons. We may refuse, delay, or reverse an introduction for any lawful reason, including a failed money gate, geography, specialty fit, capacity, or compliance review.

Submitting a request, receiving an email, or seeing a profile does not mean Vital has agreed to meet you, to take you on as a client, or to waive its intake rules.

We do not guarantee a match, a meeting, an advisory relationship, or any investment result. We do not rank advisors as best, and we do not publish audited conversion rates.

The Vital Introductions website and questionnaire do not manage assets and do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Investment advice and asset management, if any, are provided only after Vital Investment Management, LLC accepts you as a client under a written advisory agreement.

Submitting a Vital Introductions request does not make you a client of Vital Investment Management, LLC and does not create a fiduciary relationship. If you later become a client under a written advisory agreement, Vital Investment Management, LLC owes the fiduciary duty of an investment adviser as described in its Form ADV and Form CRS. Passing the money gate is an eligibility screen, not a recommendation that you hire Vital or follow any strategy.

Any later advisory relationship with Vital Investment Management, LLC exists only if you and Vital sign Vital's own advisory agreement. Vital Introductions is the firm's intake brand, not a second adviser.

Advisor and admin portals on this draft are password-gated demonstrations. You may not attempt to access another person's lead file, scrape registration databases, overload the service, submit malware, or use the site to advertise investment performance.

You may not use the site if doing so would violate securities, privacy, or communications law applicable to you.

The site design, text, and software are owned by Vital Investment Management, LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the site for a lawful introduction request. You may not copy the questionnaire, legal text, or advisor profiles for a competing lead service.

This calculator is a hypothetical illustration only. It is not investment advice, a forecast, a projection of any actual portfolio, or a guarantee. The assumed 5% annual return is a conversation placeholder. It is not a recommended allocation and is not based on Vital's performance. Past results, if mentioned anywhere, do not predict future results.

We do not warrant that any advisor is available, properly registered in your state, free of disciplinary history, or able to achieve any result.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VITAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, LLC AND ITS PEOPLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE OR AN INTRODUCTION IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), because this draft does not charge households a fee.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

You will indemnify Vital Investment Management, LLC and its people against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your inaccurate submission, or your violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You and we consent to exclusive venue in state or federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado, or the District of Colorado, for disputes that a court must hear.

We do not require binding consumer arbitration in this draft. Counsel may revisit dispute resolution before a public launch.

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new last-updated date. Continued use after posting is acceptance of the new terms.
