Optional SMS: the SMS checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of using the service. This draft does not send SMS. If a later version does, the program terms below apply.

Program: service messages about an introduction request you submitted, sent by Vital Investment Management, LLC or a supervised person to the mobile number you provided.

Frequency: message frequency varies. We expect a small number of messages per request, not a recurring marketing blast.

We will not share your mobile number with a marketplace of many firms. If an introduction is made, the assigned advisor (or one fallback advisor) may receive the number you provided.

Commercial email, if you opted in, will identify Vital Investment Management, LLC, include the Loveland, Colorado postal address, and include an unsubscribe method. Transactional email about a request you submitted may not include marketing content.

We do not use a harvested or purchased list in this draft.

This draft does not operate an outbound calling program. A supervised person of Vital Investment Management, LLC who calls you is responsible for that firm's Telephone Consumer Protection Act, do-not-call, and recording-consent compliance.
